An S7 airline plane flying from Moscow to Tomsk made an emergency landing at Novosibirsk airport. The decision to land was made due to one inoperative engine.

“According to preliminary data, today, when operating a flight from Moscow to Tomsk, the crew of an aircraft (Boeing 737) of Siberia Airlines, due to the incorrect operation of one power unit, decided to land at Novosibirsk International Airport named following A.I. Pokryshkina,” reports the West Siberian Transport Prosecutor’s Office in its telegram channel.

It is known that there were 165 people on board the Boeing. None of them were injured as a result of the emergency landing. The prosecutor’s office is conducting an investigation into the incident.
