RX, a company specialized in organizing events, registered a potential for generating business of BRL 14 billion and brought together over 2,400 brands in 2022 in Brazil, results that exceeded the expectations of exhibitors and visitors.

The results also reinforce the importance of resuming face-to-face exhibitions and congresses in Brazil as one of the pillars of movement in different sectors. More than 900,000 people participated in person, including professionals with decision-making power in the companies they work for, interested in innovations, networking and negotiations.
Among the highlights of 2022 are events such as FEICON, dedicated to the civil construction market and which opened the year with more than 80,000 qualified visitors, an audience made up of entrepreneurs, managers, engineers, architects, retailers and other professionals in the sector, and brought together 700 brands at São Paulo Expo, between March 29th and April 1st. In addition, it offered 45 hours of simultaneous content presented by 88 speakers.
The 2nd edition of BCB São Paulo, an event in the cocktail sector held on June 21st and 22nd, at Expo Barra Funda (SP), registered 4,798 visitors, a rate 35% higher than the organizers’ expectations.
The 26th Book Biennial had 660,000 visitors and tickets were sold out for the first time in the history of the event and RX. Promoted between July 2nd and 10th, at Expo Center Norte (SP), it brought together 182 exhibitors with approximately 500 publishing labels, totaling 3 million books and 1,500 hours of content with 300 national and 30 international authors.
Also at Expo Center Norte, less than a month following the Bienal, Expolux gained space. Held from the 2nd to the 5th of August, it presented lighting solutions for public, private, industrial and commercial areas, bringing together engineers, architects, decorators, lighting designers and public managers to debate efficient, economical and clean energy generation alternatives. , in addition to the impacts of lighting on health and quality of life. Result: business generation volume 300% above the expectations of the organizers and attendance of over 16,000 visitors from different countries, such as Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Paraguay, Uruguay, USA, China, Portugal, Mexico and Canada.
Fenasucro & Agrocana 2022 reached the highest historical volume of business: around BRL 5.2 billion. The event connected qualified visitors of different nationalities to around 300 exhibitors, who presented the most recent solutions and innovations in the sector, including technologies for biogas and green diesel. The fair took place from the 16th to the 19th of August, in Sertãozinho, in the interior of São Paulo.
In September, it was Equipotel’s turn, which completed 59 editions, RX’s longest-lasting brand, and connected, between the 13th and 16th, at São Paulo Expo, professionals working in hotels, motels, resorts, inns, spas, clinics, bars and restaurants with technologies and launches of products and services that are guiding the art of hospitality.
From the 21st to the 23rd of the same month, the national edition of ISC Security Events – International Security Conference & Exhibitions: ISC Brasil 2022 – International Security Fair – mobilized the main players in the integrated security sector with the latest innovations for private environments , public and heritage, at Expo Center Norte. In all, R$ 1.6 billion was registered in purchase intentions by visitors, exceeding the expectations of the organizers and impacting the positive levels of satisfaction of the exhibitors.
The 23rd Fenatran, transport and logistics fair, had R$ 9.5 billion accounted for in business opportunities, R$ 1 billion more than the previous edition, held in 2019, and took 66 thousand visitors to the São Paulo Expo pavilion , from the 7th to the 11th of November, to check out the novelties presented by the 500 participating brands. Among them, truck assemblers and logistics and equipment companies. The six days of setting up the event generated 13,000 direct jobs.
For 2023, new editions of FEICON, Automec, BCB São Paulo, FIEE, Fenasucro & Agrocana, Febrava, Equipotel, ISC, Top Frotas and Salão Duas Rodas are among the events already confirmed by RX.
