Russia’s Wagner Mercenary Group Declared U.S. Criminal Organization | US designates Russian Wagner mercenary force a crime organization

Washington: Russia’s Wagner Mercenary Group has been declared an extraterritorial criminal organization by the US. It is estimated that 50,000 soldiers from this group are fighting once morest Ukraine. This group is being used by Russia for military operations around the world.

White House national security spokesman John Kirby said Wagner is owned by Yevgeny Prigozhin, a businessman with close ties to President Vladimir Putin. Kirby said that Wagner, a criminal organization, was involved in widespread gang violence and human rights violations. Kirby also released pictures of North Korea handing over weapons to Wagner for a military hunt in Ukraine.
