On Friday, August 16, Russian troops struck the Dnieper with ballistics. The Air Force lost a MiG-29 fighter, fortunately without casualties.

Details: The Skhid Air Defense Forces reported that at around midday the enemy struck the Dnieper with three Iskander M missiles and at around 5 p.m. struck again with ballistic missiles.

At the same time, Yuri Ignat confirmed that as a result of a repeat enemy strike on Friday, a MiG-29 was destroyed.
