Press Secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov commented on the words of the head of intelligence of Ukraine Kirill Budanov, who promised to “kill Russians anywhere in the world.” Mr. Peskov considers this evidence that the Ukrainian authorities are involved in organizing terrorism. He called the words of Mr. Budanov monstrous.
“This statement and what Mr. Budanov said is a direct confirmation that the Kiev regime is not just sponsoring terrorist activity, but is the direct organizer of this activity. And this statement gives another very important characteristic of the Kyiv regime,” said a Kremlin spokesman during a press call.
The head of intelligence of Ukraine answered the question about Ukraine’s involvement in the murder of Daria Dugina in the Moscow region with his phrase. The Lefortovsky District Court of Moscow arrested Kirill Budanov in absentia in April. He is accused under Part 1 of Art. 205.4 (organization of a terrorist community), Part 1 of Art. 30 and p. “a” part 2 of Art. 205 (terrorist act), part 3 of Art. 222, part 3 of Art. 222.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (illegal operations with explosives). The FSB and the TFR consider Mr. Budanov the organizer of the explosion on the Crimean bridge in October 2022.
