Russia accuses Ukraine of “terrorist” attack on Belgorod and threatens “punishment”

According to Moscow, 21 people were killed and another 110 people were injured in an attack on the Russian city of Belgorod on Saturday. Russia warns that the attack will not go unpunished.
Russia has accused Ukraine of a “terrorist attack” on civilians in the Russian city of Belgorod. “In order to increase the number of victims of the terrorist attack, they used cluster munitions,” Russian Ambassador to the United Nations Vasily Nebenzia said on Saturday at a UN Security Council meeting requested by Russia. Ukraine has set its sights on a sports center, an ice skating rink and a university. On Friday, at least 39 people were killed in Ukraine in one of the worst waves of Russian attacks since the start of the war.
