Russia continues to conduct a special operation on the territory of Ukraine. On the eve of the deputy head of the military-civilian administration of the Kherson region, Kirill Stremousov, said that a referendum on joining the Russian Federation would be held in the region. It was also reported that the first Russian bank was launched in the Kherson region. In addition, road communication was opened from the territory of Russia along the mainland to the Crimea. The military prosecutor of the Western District Artur Yegiyev said that about 600 conscripts were involved in the special military operation, 12 officers were held responsible for this violation.
