A US defense official revealed that Russia had launched six hundred missiles since the start of the war in Ukraine, and that it had used ninety-five percent of its military mobilization there, ruling out that it would carry out an attack from the sea through Odessa, Ukraine’s third largest city.

In this context, British Defense Intelligence reported that Russian forces made only slight field progress in Ukraine over the weekend. It also questioned Russia’s achievement of its goals so far.
