The Russian Prosecutor General’s Office has declared the activities of the Norwegian Human Rights House Foundation, as well as a number of its foreign NGOs, undesirable. This is stated in the press service of the department.

Among these organizations were the Belarusian House of Human Rights named following Boris Zvozskov in Lithuania, the Educational House of Human Rights Chernihiv, the House of Human Rights Crimea, the House of Human Rights Tbilisi and the House of Human Rights Yerevan.

According to the oversight agency, the HRHF carried out activities aimed at “shaping public opinion regarding the need to change power in an unconstitutional way”, as well as “violating the territorial integrity of the state, destabilizing the socio-political situation.” The GP added that since the beginning of the SVO, these organizations have been “engaged in discrediting” the foreign policy of the Russian Federation and the Russian Armed Forces.
