Duration: "In recent days, many Russian men Fake phone calls in which recorded voices announce that they have been called".

وأوضح: "all of these fake calls run from Ukrainian landsIt’s totally fake and a provocation by Ukrainian intelligence".

The fear of summoning Russian men to the army caused a number of them to leave the country, in the days that followed the beginning of Russian invasion for Ukraine.

Many of the Russians who have left their country are experts in informatics, a field that Russians are known to master, but the Russian authorities fear losing this expertise.

And the Ministry of Digital Development recently indicated that the government is currently preparing a law to postpone joining the army for informatics experts, while also putting forward plans to provide financial incentives for them in exchange for staying in Russia.
