Russian military destroyed MiG-29 in Dnepr – Ignat

On Friday, August 16, Russian troops struck the Dnieper with ballistics. The Air Force lost a MiG-29 fighter, fortunately without casualties.

The Vostok air defense command reported that at around midday the enemy launched a strike on the Dnieper with three Iskander M missiles and at around 5 p.m. launched a repeat strike with ballistic missiles.

The command has not reported any consequences.

At the same time, Yuri Ignat confirmedthat as a result of a repeat enemy strike on Friday, a MiG-29 was destroyed:

“Unfortunately, we lost a MiG-29 today. Fortunately, everyone is alive and well. War…”
