“For several weeks, we have been following these tankers with hydrocarbons from Russia, which have been carrying out uncontrolled bunkering operations a few kilometers from Ceuta” and near Moroccan waters, deplores Verdemar, who claims to have already alerted the Minister of Foreign Affairs of these transfers that endanger the coasts of the Alboran Sea and other particularly sensitive marine areas due to their environmental values.
