Russian Hybrid War Warnings, Which States Are Targeted?

“We will continue to build our resilience and implement and strengthen the tools at our disposal to counter and challenge Russia’s hybrid actions. We will ensure that the alliance and allies are ready to prevent and defend against hybrid actions or attacks,” he points out.

“We condemn Russian behavior and call on Russia to live up to its international obligations, as allies do. Russia’s actions will not deter allies from continuing to support Ukraine,” the statement concluded.
