The Russian classifieds website Avito saw people trying to whip up entire bags of McDonald’s food, while others tried to make a profit simply by selling the sauces.

One anxious person priced a Big Mac meal at $330 while another tried to sell three bags of McDonald’s produce for $837.

But opinions on how long McDonalds will stay fresh seemed to vary wildly among Russian commentators.

Commenting on the full fridge photo, a Reddit user said: “I might probably leave it on the shelf and it would still be good for months.”

Another warned: “Have you had a McDonald’s hamburger one day? They’re not…great.”.

Others praised the treasure as a good business proposition as food becomes impossible to buy on the open market.

McDonalds announced Tuesday that it would temporarily close its stores in Russia, which generate regarding 9% of the company’s $2 billion annual revenue.

The news sparked frenzied scenes across the country as fans flocked to the chain’s 850 restaurants to get their final fix of fast food before stores closed.

A video showed cars lining up around the block as Russians desperate to wait in line.

McDonald’s was joined by Starbucks, Coca-Cola, PepsiCo and General Electric in announcing Tuesday that they will temporarily suspend business in Russia.

The company has said it will continue to pay its 62,000 workers in Russia, while donating $5 million to its employee assistance fund and relief efforts.

In an open letter to employees, McDonald’s Chairman and CEO Chris Kempckinski said closing those stores for now is the right thing to do.
