A Russian court has issued an arrest warrant for the exiled widow of late opposition activist Alexei Navalny on charges of participating in an “extremist organization”. Yulia Navalnaya evaded preliminary investigations, the Moscow Court Press Service said on the Telegram online service on Tuesday. That’s why she was put on the wanted list.
