(Archyde.com) – Russian authorities have detained Yekaterinburg mayor Yevgeny Roizman, a known critic of the government. TASS news agency reported on the 24th.

Roisman also opposes Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.

The Yekaterinburg city security service said in a statement that he was under investigation for “defaming the Russian military”.
