The Washington Post reported on the 7th, citing people familiar with the matter, that former U.S. President Trump privately claimed that he could bring an end to the Russian-Ukrainian war that had raged for more than two years by pressuring Kyiv to give up some of its territory in Ukraine that is now controlled by Moscow.
