“Only one missile hit the train station. People were just trying to evacuate, and this missile killed more than 30 people.”

The Ukrainian side claimed it was a deliberate Russian attack on civilians.

It was said that the missile was attacked with cluster bombs containing hundreds of small bombs inside the body, causing great casualties.

A Russian phrase “for children” was also found in the wreckage of the missile found in front of the station.

“There was a strong missile attack. It was a missile with a cluster bomb that detonated in the air above the station.”

After Western countries issued a statement of condemnation, Russia refuted the attack as a self-inflicted action by the Ukrainian government.

The Torchka-U missiles used in the attack were only used by the Ukrainian military, denying any connection with the Russian military.
