Moscow – Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council, Dmitry Medvedev, confirmed yesterday, Saturday, that French President Emmanuel Macron and some leaders of Western countries were “partners and sponsors” of the terrorist attack on a concert hall in Moscow two weeks ago.
Through a post on Telegram, Medvedev indicated that the perpetrators of the terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall had been arrested.
He added: “These scoundrels are not religious fanatics who are willing to die for their beliefs. “They are hired killers, trained for little money.”
Medvedev considered that “Ukrainian officials are the real organizers of the attack, and are still hiding under the cloak of the terrorist organization ISIS.”
He said that Macron, and some leaders of Western countries, were “partners and sponsors” of the attack.
He added: “Macron’s speech and actions can be described as complicity in the terrorist attack that occurred on March 22.”
He continued: “It is clear that Macron and some other Western leaders are sponsoring this terrible terrorist attack. This is unforgivable. One cannot hide behind immunity here. “They are not simple enemies of Russia.”
Armed men carried out a terrorist attack in the Crocus City Hall concert hall in Moscow on the evening of March 22.
The terrorist organization ISIS announced that its members carried out the attack, which killed 144 people, according to official data.
Meanwhile, the Russian authorities announced the arrest of 11 people as part of the investigation into the attack.
