Russia issues ultimatum to Ukraine Nuclear reactor | Ukraine War | Russia – Ukraine

Kyiv: Russia on the scene with the ultimatum to Ukraine. Russia has warned that the military has seized control of the region, which includes the largest nuclear power plant, Zaporizhia. Russia has informed the International Atomic Energy Agency. However, Ukraine has not yet confirmed this.

The Ukrainian military says it has strengthened its defenses by setting up barricades and deploying troops in the area around the plant. However, Russian Director General Rafael Mariano said they had demolished them and taken control of the area near the plant, seizing access to the plant. Zaporizhia, Ukraine’s largest nuclear power plant, is now claimed by Russia.

Russia had previously controlled the site of the 1986 Chernobyl nuclear disaster and its environs. Russia, meanwhile, is once once more raising the nuclear threat ahead of a second round of talks between Ukraine and Russia
