On February 25, Ukrainian information revealed that Russia fired at two foreign vessels in the Black Sea off the coast of Ukraine. According to a local shipping agency, one of them was a Panama-registered cargo ship, the Namura Queen, which was hit by a rocket and a fire broke out on board.
