[London, 11th Archyde.com]–Russian steel giant Evraz, which is listed on the London market, announced on the 10th that 10 directors have resigned. Roman Abramovich, the largest shareholder of Russian businessman, was sanctioned by the British government and explained that the stock was suspended.
According to the British government, steel products exported by Evraz might have been used to build Russian tanks, and Abramovich had substantial control over the company.
According to Evraz, Abramovich has a 28.6% stake.
With the resignation of 10 people, the only director will be Alexei Ivanov, CEO.
