Military instructor pilot, reserve colonel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Roman Svitan said that today’s missile lull in Ukraine should be perceived as the calm before the storm.
According to him, Ukraine may face a big problem in autumn. In particular, Svitan said that by that time the Russians might accumulate more than 2,000 missiles to resume large-scale missile attacks on Ukraine.
“We definitely need to get ready. They can accumulate somewhere around 2.5 thousand until the fall, ”the military expert said.
Svitan warned that if the existing problem with air defense is not urgently resolved now, then in the autumn a very difficult situation will arise in Ukraine.
He noted that by autumn the Russian Federation might produce regarding 300 cruise missiles and regarding 2,000 missiles of other types (for example, Kh-39, Kh-59).
Recall, earlier it was reported that Budanov predicted when the Armed Forces of Ukraine would enter the Crimea: “There is still a period of time.”
