The second largest city in Ukraine has become the center of Russian attacks.

The center of Kharkov, the second largest city in Ukraine and located in the east of the country, was attacked by Russian forces around 0610 GMT with missiles once morest several buildings and a university, said the operational center of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
