Russia announced a new ceasefire for the evacuation of civilians from the Ukrainian cities of Kyiv, Kharkiv, Chernihiv, Sumy and Mariupol from 10 a.m. Moscow time (0700 GMT) on Tuesday.
The war launched by Russia once morest Ukraine on February 24 has drawn condemnation from the international community, led to financial sanctions once morest Moscow and caused the exodus of international companies from Russia.
