Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said eight civilians were killed and 22 wounded in the latest attack. 4 health workers were also killed in a shelling attack on a village in northern Harkiv. Zelensky said that there is no compromise in the war. He said that Ukrainian forces, which have crossed the Oski River in the eastern Donbass region, are in the final stages of repelling Russia.

US President Joe Biden said that Ukraine is winning the war. He said that America will stand with Russia no matter how long it takes. It is considered to be the most powerful statement made by the US President since the start of the war.

Meanwhile, Russian military spokesman Dmitry Peskov has denied allegations of war crimes. Yesterday, Ukraine alleged that 440 graves were found in the Harkiv region and evidence of brutal torture was found.
