Russia admits “progress” in negotiations with Ukraine

Russia sees “progress” in the negotiations with Ukraine, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said on Wednesday.

Russian troops entered Ukraine almost two weeks ago. The conflict has caused the exodus of millions of refugees and hundreds of deaths, including many civilians.
