As soon as I do my 10km at more than 11 km/h, I systematically have black nails (sorry for the details). Do you have any tips to avoid this? I have good sneakers made for running over this kind of distance, they have less than 200 km, I have a neutral stride, they are a size larger (I don’t have the front of the foot touching the front of the shoe), I pay attention to my lacing,… But nothing helps.
I’m thinking regarding socks but might that really help because from what I’ve tested so far I don’t feel like it.
