A representative of Lao Cai Provincial General Hospital said that on the followingnoon of February 18, the hospital received patients in a state of panic, with regarding 10 major injuries causing deep soft tears and many wounds caused by dog teeth biting.
“After being given emergency treatment, the patient was taken to the trauma department for further treatment. The patient is now awake and mentally stable.
