Specifically, Hoang V. (student of Lao Cai College of Tourism) said that around 5:00 pm on February 18, while jogging in an urban area in Nam Cuong ward (Lao Cai city), V. was bitten by two big dogs.

A representative of Lao Cai Provincial General Hospital said that on the followingnoon of February 18, the hospital received patients in a state of panic, with regarding 10 major injuries causing deep soft tears and many wounds caused by dog teeth biting.
“After being given emergency treatment, the patient was taken to the trauma department for further treatment. The patient is now awake and mentally stable.
