Gates said it enlisted the expertise of an AI-powered chatbot to suggest more options to its customers.
The AI-powered chatbot provided new ideas for pizza ingredients, resulting in a “really delicious pizza mix,” which the restaurant called the “veggie ranch pizza,” according to the American restaurant.
Consumers can order the Veggie Ranch mix online, via a chatbot that offers its service over the phone, or via text messages until Monday, July 10. The pizza is topped with sauce, mozzarella, feta cheese, mushrooms, onions, and green peppers. , black olives, and tomatoes.
