TrendForce reports that iPhone 14 Pro The main camera may have a maximum resolution of 48MP, more than the iPhone 13’s 12MP.
iPhone 14 Pro main camera may be up to 48MP
TrendForce revealed that the iPhone 14 Pro, iPhone 14 Pro Max, the main camera, the Wide camera, will have a maximum resolution of 48MP, and if that happens, it means that it’s the first time that an iPhone has upgraded the rear camera over the 12MP that has been used since the iPhone 6s to date.
TrendForce’s report aligns with what Ming-Chi Kuo previously revealed that the iPhone 14 Pro will have a 48MP wide camera, while the Ultra-Wide and Telephoto will probably use 12MP.
As for the rear camera with a resolution of 48MP, it may help shoot 8K resolution video, increasing the ability to take better night shots. Including zooming in images closer as well
The iPhone 14 Pro is rumored to come with round and capsule-shaped screen holes in place of the original notch. Some reports reveal that the iPhone 14 may use a rear-facing camera design similar to the iPhone 4.
Apple usually releases a new flagship iPhone at the end of each year (Sept.), and at the beginning of that year, if an iPhone is released, it may be the iPhone SE, which is reported in 2022. Coming of the iPhone SE 3, the original design supports 5G as well.
