In this year of the World Cup, En Exergue editions celebrate the bicentenary of rugby in a beautiful book that has just been released. A book that gives pride of place to photography with no less than 200 shots.

In “Rugby, the bicentenary book”, En Exergue editions have brought together 200 photos of professionals and amateurs selected by a jury as part of an international competition.

Lenaïg Corson, a former international rugby player and rugby sevens player, imagined this heritage and transmission project to give back to rugby what it has given her throughout her career. Her objective: to introduce this sport to young girls while awakening them to eco-responsibility, a subject that is particularly close to her heart. Via the RugbyGirl Academy, it offers two highlights for girls aged 13 to 16, whether they are beginners or experienced: a discovery day on Wednesday September 20 in Orsay (Essonne); a course, at the same place, during the All Saints holidays (from October 30 to November 3). On the program: rugby, of course, but not only. Thus, an awakening to healthy and sustainable nutrition to learn about “eating well”, a cooking workshop with a chef, English lessons, an expression and communication workshop, a playful awareness of the environment for boost yourself to act for the planet, wheelchair rugby 7 as well as yoga will be offered to trainees.
