Has Brussels become more dangerous than Caracas?

Not an isolated fact

This incident is obviously not an isolated event, we learn. “On the night of December 20, around 2:56 a.m., a similar incident occurred at the same location. Again, no one was injured.”

Incidents also on December 18. “Around 1:40 a.m., an explosion took place at the same address. When the police arrived on the scene, the victims had already been evacuated. They were transferred to the police station while waiting for the perimeter to be lifted. After the raid on the scene the place was vacated. The victims were allowed to return home once the danger was no longer present. One person was injured in the foot following trying to escape.”

An investigation is underway to determine the exact circumstances of these facts and to identify the perpetrators.
