Rozalén ‘Tayler’ shines in Your Face Sounds Familiar but jokes about “am I Joaquín Reyes playing Nieves Herrero?”

“I said YES, and I finally DARE. With you, Rozalén Tyler!!!!!”, is how Albacete native María Rozalén comments on her performance last night on the program Tu Cara me suena, on Antena 3, where she played the British Bonnie Tyler.

“Although I admit that I was incredibly nervous, I am proud of the work, the effort and above all of learning to enjoy and laugh at myself without shame. Sometimes we forget to have fun with life…”, said Rozalén.

He joked that “don’t say I didn’t come close” but that “yes, what a paranoid characterization.” He wondered if “I’m Joaquín Reyes playing Nieves Herrero? Who gives more??”

She thanked the entire team of the program “and all my colleagues for the laughs and for taking such good care of me…”.

Antena 3 highlighted Rozalén’s performance in the second semi-final of the programme and were grateful for her daring to perform Tyler’s iconic ‘It’s a heartache’.
