Roy Marten very sad and sad when the older brother, senior actor Rudy Salam passed away. Tears streamed down from Gempita Nora Marten’s grandfather’s face.
Amidst the sadness and deep sorrow, Roy Marten felt happy. Rudy Salam no longer feels pain and suffering after 7 years of depression.
“Mas Rudy’s suffering is over. Thank God he has been called to a place where there is no sorrow and pain. Mas Rudy has been suffering for seven years, so I think this is the best way,” said a crying Roy Marten who was found at the Cikini funeral home , Central Jakarta, yesterday.
Roy Marten said Rudy Salam felt anxiety before he died. Roy Marten and Rudy Salam have both been involved in acting since they were young.
“There was anxiety that I don’t know why. He started to get restless, pacing, not focused, didn’t want to talk to him, after a while he was lazy to move because of vertigo,” he said.
“He (a figure) was extraordinary when I was little, he was my protector because I was always bullied. He always defended me,” recalled Roy Marten.
Rudy Salam’s wife, Marina Gardena, revealed that her husband had been depressed for 7 years. This happened because the actor who died at the age of 73 was just at home.
“He’s actually been depressed for seven years. He can’t walk anymore, he just stays at home. If you say he’s sick, isn’t there any,” said Marina Gardena.
“You say you’re sick, not really, yesterday it was normal. Dropped two days ago, maybe you started not eating, sleeping, yes this morning suddenly it just went away,” he explained.
Rudy Salam is said to be an introverted figure, even though he has a sense of humor.
Corpse Rudy Salam has departed for Salatiga, Central Java, since last night. Today, Saturday (19/11/2022) Rudy Salam will be buried at 14.00 WIB.
