Revo celebrates first year of operation with arrival of new Airbus H155 aircraft

Revo, a digital urban mobility solution that offers door-to-door service through twin-engine helicopters and ground transport, completed one year of operation in August 2024. During the period, 4,478 passengers flew with the company on 964 manned flights. The loyalty rate was 90%, which indicates satisfaction with the customer experience and return on use. In the first months of 2024, Revo showed strong growth rates, which, in some periods, exceeded 100%. To better serve its customers, the company received the Airbus H155 to expand its fleet.

With this, Revo is now entering a second phase, in which it continues to improve the service provided and expands its installed capacity with the arrival of a new aircraft, scheduled to enter into operation in October this year. It will be the second Airbus H155 helicopter, with eight seats, operated by the company.

In addition to the arrival of the Airbus H155, Revo is also expected to announce a new route in the coming months.

According to Revo’s CEO, João Welsh, the company’s performance during this period was surprising and there is potential for this pace to continue. “There are two main sides that led to Revo’s extremely positive results in this first year of operation. One is learning: what we managed to collect, learn and include in the business – this was above our expectations. Customer feedback was very positive daily. Added to this is the work of a very competent and dedicated team on all fronts of the company. All of this allowed Revo to enter a new phase. We incorporated what we learned to provide a service with even greater quality and agility”, says Welsh.

The second side, explains the CEO, is business growth. “We had a very good growth rate, especially in the first half of 2024 when we started to see growth rates above 100%. It was a big leap from the beginning of the year to now, which accelerated the arrival of a third aircraft to guarantee installed capacity and meet demand with the quality that our customers ask for.”

The executive adds that this performance will allow Revo to continue to grow, and in a sustained manner, in addition to operating – in the medium and long term – with new technologies, new means of transport, such as electric cars and eVTOLs. “They are more sustainable and are the future of urban mobility”, he defines. Welsh reveals that, in the meantime, Revo is studying new helicopter schedules and routes.

“Our motto, our daily mission, is safety. That comes first. Furthermore, we are always attentive to customer behavior on a daily basis to get as close as possible to what they want, with one main objective: to remove stress from the customer’s daily life – Revo was born with this aim”.
