Hapoel Tel Aviv continues its efforts to build the squad for the Premier League. Today (Tuesday) the Reds announced the signing of Liran Rothman, who signed for two years with an option for another season and has already recorded his debut training session at the club.
“Proud and excited to reach one of the biggest clubs in Israel,” said Rothman. “I believe that with our huge audience and a lot of passion and desire, we will return Hapoel Tel Aviv to its natural place at the top of Israeli football. A challenging season awaits us, we will have to work hard and be focused on the goal. I believe that together we will do it.”

Rothman (28) spent his senior career in the Nes Ziona section, Maccabi Petah Tikva, Hapoel Ramat Gan-Givataim, Beitar Jerusalem and Hapoel Hadera, before spending the last two years at Maccabi Netanya. In his 64 games there in all formats, he provided 12 goals and six assists.
