As of August 25, 2022, Dubai crude oil price announced by Thai Oil Company is at $99.79/barrel. equal to 22.62 baht/liter while Singapore diesel is at $152.36/barrel, equal to 34.54 baht/litre. indicates that the diesel refining value is high 11.84 baht/liter Normal GRM is around 4-7. Coins/barrel or about 1-1.50 baht/liter

From the normal price to $52, partly because refineries in the world market are less than demand because they were closed during the coronavirus crisis. But Thailand has no shortage of refineries. But Thai refineries have benefited from unreasonably high global refining margins, causing severe inflation, reflected by high oil prices.
The actual price of refined diesel is 22.62 +1.50 = 24.12 baht/liter, but the diesel price at the refinery has not yet been added tax. and compensation from the oil fund is 35.15 baht/liter (26 Aug. 2022)
The difference in the price of finished diesel fuel is sold at the refinery. with the actual cost of diesel fuel varying up to 35.15-24.12 = 11.03 baht/liter
So the price reduction10 baht/liter, so it can be done for sure.
The retail price of diesel in front of the pump on August 26, 2022 was 34.94 baht/liter and there was another 4.57 baht/liter of fuel fund compensation, equal to the diesel price up to 39.51 baht/liter.
