Rosière-la-Grande (Vaux-sur-Sûre): Farm devastated by fire

Firefighters from four different regions came to the rescue in Rosière-la-Grande during the early hours of Thursday morning. They were called out at around 3:30 a.m. to tackle a fire that had broken out at a farmhouse. Sadly, the farmhouse was destroyed, but the firefighters managed to save the main building, which was also affected. As of Thursday morning, they are still keeping a close eye on the area in case the fire reignites.

Firefighters from Bastogne, Libramont, Neufchâteau and Bertrix intervened in Rosière-la-Grande on the night of Wednesday to Thursday. Around 3:30 a.m., they were called to a fire at a farmhouse. This is destroyed while the main building was also affected, but saved by the firefighters.

This Thursday morning, firefighters are still on site to monitor a possible resumption of fire.



Despite the destruction caused by the fire in Rosière-la-Grande, the quick response and bravery of the firefighters from Bastogne, Libramont, Neufchâteau, and Bertrix saved the main building from total destruction. Their determination and hard work throughout the night are a true testament to their commitment to protecting the community.
