The fire brigade outfitter Rosenbauer is revising its outlook for the 2022 group result: Accordingly, the group expects sales of around one billion euros for the 2022 financial year. In terms of the operating result (EBIT), the group is assuming an EBIT margin of minus one percent.
The reasons for this are the ongoing supply chain disruptions and sometimes massive increases in material prices, which have affected vehicle production in Europe and North America. This includes the special effects that have already been announced (Interschutz, restructuring measures). In addition, the joint venture in Russia will be deconsolidated with around minus six million euros in the financial result due to the lack of access in the 2022 annual financial statements.
The outlook for the 2022 financial year was made following the unaudited December results of all Group companies had been presented.
