Ronaldo’s investment in an Arab city is a candidate for a continental award

The Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo’s hotel in the Moroccan city of Marrakech has been nominated for the Best New Hotel in Africa for the current year by the World Travel and Tourism Council, at a time when the owner is experiencing problems related to his future with Manchester United or finding a new club.

Ronaldo inaugurated the fifth hotel in his chain of hotels, entitled “CR7” in the Moroccan city of Marrakesh, which he said: It is not just a number in the hotel chain, but represents my connection to the country that I love and I feel very welcome when I visit it.

The hotel was nominated by the World Travel and Tourism Council as the best new hotel in Africa for the current year.

The luxurious hotel has 174 rooms, a spa and a business center, in addition to a swimming pool and a gym. The hotel also provides healthy eating, where guests can eat the way of Cristiano Ronaldo.

Rooms in the luxury hotel range from 183 to 440 euros per night.

Ronaldo began investing in the hotel in 2016, as he started in his hometown of the Portuguese island of Madeira, then the capital Lisbon, then Madrid, Spain, and New York of America, all the way to Marrakesh.
