Romeo agreed to a one-year contract to defend Brentford’s reserve shirt following leaving the American club Inter Miami, which is preparing to receive the 2022 Qatar World Cup champion, Lionel Messi, following he decided to join his ranks following his departure from Paris Saint-Germain.

Romeo, 20, spent the second part of the last season on loan with Brentford from Inter Miami, whose father is a co-owner.
