The press representative of New Democracy “uploaded” to his account on X (formerly Twitter) a video of a volunteer on Facebook, regarding the adoption of a fire-stricken dog by the president of SYRIZA.
The press representative of New Democracy, Nikos Romanos, complains that the news about the adoption of a burned dog by the president of SYRIZA, Stefanos Kasselakis, is fake.
At the same time, Nikos Romanos published a video of a volunteer who was in the shelter for fire-damaged dogs.
The volunteer in his post on Facebook cites a dialogue he had with Stefanos Kasselakis, stressing that “in the end, he took him out for a walk for ten meters, just so his photographer could take pictures of him and that was all…!!!!!”.
“Because a lot has been written and said about the adoption of a dog by Kasellakis and there is misinformation, in this video you will see exactly what happened at the Dog’s Voice structure in Galatsi.

Finally, he took him out for a walk for ten meters, just so that his photographer could take pictures of him and that was all…!!!!!
Everything happens for a reason, the people say, and this was just a political communication trick!!!
I just didn’t understand, after all, who did NOT want this “hospitality”. The dog or himself???” the same volunteer wrote on Facebook.
At the same time, Nikos Romanos, closing his post, notes that “with all of this, Ms. Fotiou’s historical phrase came to mind: ‘Are we frauds?’ The answer in this case is obvious…”.
“In my post yesterday, I commented on the fake adoption of a fire-damaged dog, in the context of the three-day show of propagating the fire in northeastern Attica, by the president of SYRIZA. Hours after my post, Mr. Kasselakis, through the press office of SYRIZA, attacked me with extremely personal characterizations, that I had the “audacity” to refer to the NGO’s post that denied the alleged adoption of a shot dog and highlighted hypocrisy and vulgarity of a staged show on the backs of fire-struck animals, animal lovers and volunteers. Of course, nothing about the snuff box. All he did was refer me to the answer they had put out a few hours earlier. Today, of course, the SYRIZA post in question has been taken down (photos 1 & 2). I guess that didn’t go too well… Also, today everything I wrote yesterday has been confirmed by videos and posts of volunteers who were with Mr. Kasselakis at the shelter for animals affected by the fire, which he used as a backdrop for his videos, posts and likes (photo 3 & video – ) With all this, Ms. Fotiou’s historical phrase came to mind: “are we frauds”?
