The American company OpenAI, which developed the chatbot ChatGPT, would have to comply with a whole series of rules, including the obligation to disclose the copyrighted material it used to train the artificial intelligence algorithm, if now the European regulation AI Act would enter into force – explained, on Wednesday, in Strasbourg, Romanian MEP Dragoș Tudorache, rapporteur of the European Parliament for the draft law that will regulate the field of artificial intelligence in the EU.
