According to Henry Cloke, creative director of Rolls Royce, the social and economic context following the Covid-19 pandemic has partly helped this luxury car company orient its vision and long-term goals in the future. Rolls-Royce has pushed to promote the timeless value of high-end products instead of external glamour.
This is also one of the main reasons for Rolls-Royce’s sales success in 2022.
“The year 2022 is an important year for Rolls-Royce. We have launched the Rolls-Royce Specter, the company’s first electric luxury car. It is also a successful year for the automaker when In just 12 months, we have delivered more than 6,000 vehicles to our customers,” said Torsten Muller-Otvos, CEO of Rolls-Royce.

However, Mr. Torsten Muller-Otvos also expressed his view that sales should not be used as a measure of success, and he also emphasized that Rolls-Royce will never produce cars in large numbers around the world.
As of the end of December 2022, this automaker has sold 6,021 vehicles worldwide. In particular, the countries of the Americas and China are the countries with the highest consumption rate of this luxury car model.
It is predicted that this year, Rolls-Royce will likely continue to succeed with the Rolls-Royce Cullinan when the customer trend is trendy SUV models. In addition, Rolls-Royce Ghost is still attracting a large number of customers who love luxury, especially in Asia.
The global car market will gradually get used to Rolls-Royce models with streamlined designs, engines that are no longer too “terrible” and carry electric motors when the automaker has officially launched Rolls-Royce Specter. This model is expected to be delivered in the first quarter of this year at the earliest.
