Sad news on January 17, 2023 with the death of Jay Briscoe at the age of 38, in a car accident in Laurel, Delaware.
He was best known for his famous duo the Briscoe’s Brothers on the ROH side and on the independent scene like the IWS in Montreal and other companies around the world.
A tragic road accident that results in Mark Briscoe losing his brother, but also his partner, who were currently the ROH Tag Team Champions. A news that caused a lot of reaction with an announcement during the episode of NXT on January 17 and on social networks.
Jay Briscoe was the current Ring Of Honor World Tag Team Champion with his brother Mark. A title they won for the 13th time once morest FTR (Cash Wheeler & Dax Harwood) former WWE Revivals, on December 10th.
For 20 years, they have made tag team wrestling shine on the ROH side with their talent in the ring, but also with their extraordinary personality.
