The growth of the economy during the last months of 2022 and the prospects for the following year focused the presentation of the Budget Bill for Fiscal Year 2023 and the Indebtedness Bills calculated at Bs 170,703,832,051, of which 77 % will be directed to social care.
The Executive Vice President and Minister of Economy, Finance and Foreign Trade, Delcy Rodríguez, assured that Venezuela has one of the highest growth rates in the world, which has allowed it “a frank recovery process, but it means only 10% of what there was before the blockade”, which has left 232 billion dollars in losses.
“We have had four quarters with double-digit growth and I am sure that in the coming quarters we will have growth,” he said.
