Paul Fracchia is recognized in the city’s commercial and business environment. Also He was part of the electoral campaign team that Buteler formed during the first part of the year and was on the list of councilors although he did not agree since JSRN did not obtain the necessary votes.
Currently, Fracchia is manager of the Provincial Agency Create in Cipolletti. He is also president of Young Entrepreneurs of the Chamber of Commerce of the city and is part of the Rio Negro Federation of Young Entrepreneurs.
