Rodrigo Aguirre was announced as a new member of Club América in a move that not only excites the fans of the club, but also the family of the Uruguayan footballer himself.
Mikaela Huvatt, Rodrigo Aguirre’s wife, posted some touching videos on her official Instagram account that stole the hearts of fans of the Coapa team.
Huvatt revealed how their son, Valen, was overly excited regarding his father’s signing for the capital team. In fact, the little boy drew the América shield on a whiteboard and enthusiastically showed it to Rodrigo Aguirre himself following his signing with the Águilas was completed.
Later, mother and son hug each other effusively following it was confirmed that Aguirre will be a new player in the team led by André Jardine for this 2024 Apertura Tournament of the Liga MX.
Rodrigo Aguirre joins Club América from Rayados de Monterrey, where he spent two years. He previously played for Necaxa in Liga MX.
