The file is in the hands of the prosecutor, who might decide to open an investigation.
Nabil M’Zouri, the manager of Carrefour Contact, located at the corner of rue Planard, has just filed a complaint once morest the city of Rodez, owner of the building’s walls. François Vidamant is also targeted, as former chairman of the board of directors of SAS Contact, then owner of the business. As the brand’s legal representative, it was he who signed the transfer of this fund to Nabil M’Zouri in 2019. François Vidamant has also been a municipal councilor since the last election.
This complaint was addressed to the judicial court of Rodez for acts of “fraud” and “fraud in an organized gang”. For the manager, the community and François Vidamant were aware of the state of the building he currently operates.
As a reminder, the Carrefour Contact brand remained closed from January 10, 2021 to February 12, following water damage that caused part of the false ceiling flocking to fall. Contacted, the plaintiff’s lawyer, Paul Yon, of the Paris Bar, confirmed the filing of the complaint.
The prosecutor received the complaint
The case is now on the prosecutor’s desk. He will decide on the follow-up to be given: either he closes the case for lack of elements, or he opens an investigation. In any case, Olivier Naboulet confirms having received this complaint, which he says is currently “studying”.
